Summary: As an Application Lead, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful project delivery. Your typical day will involve overseeing the development process, providing technical guidance, and resolving any issues that arise. You will also be involved in mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead the development and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions. - Oversee the development process and provide technical guidance. - Resolve any issues that arise during the development and implementation phases. - Mentor junior team members and provide guidance on best practices. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Informatica MDM. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with data integration tools such as Informatica PowerCenter. - Strong understanding of data management concepts and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing data models. - Hands-on experience with data profiling and data quality tools. - Knowledge of SQL and database concepts. - Experience in performance tuning and optimization of Informatica MDM solutions. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Informatica MDM. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
