TEAM
Our dedicated IT Accounts Lifecycle team plays a crucial role in shaping the onboarding experience and drives improvements for the Application lifecycle 4000+ users. As a key member of this team, you will be the central point of contact between IT Operations and other departments involved with the onboarding process.
This role reports to the local IT Operations Support manager in Japan and oversees the day-to-day of a 6 member team, ensuring seamless user account administration and application lifecycle management.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
You’re an enthusiastic hands-on Team Lead with 3-5 years of experience in onboarding and account management. You have enterprise experience with administrative tools such as: Entra (Azure AD), Google Workspace (GWS), and Slack. You also have a background in application lifecycle administration, including forecasting, reporting, cost optimization. You bring fresh insights using a metrics-driven approach to enhance and automate workflows, leveraging your strong problem-solving skills. Your passion for supporting is contagious and inspires others to deliver an exceptional experience for new joiners.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Onboarding and Account Management:
・Oversee the end to end staff onboarding/offboarding process to ensure consistently smooth onboarding process.
・Develop and maintain onboarding materials, including training guides, checklists, and schedules.
・Collaborate with various departments (e.g., HR, IT, business areas) to ensure a cohesive onboarding/offboarding experience.
・Facilitate communication between teams and users
・Provide hands-on account administration, using tools like Azure AD, GWS, Slack
・Identify areas for improvement and develop and drive changes to improve the onboarding experience
・Hands-on issue resolution with onboarding processes
・Maintain accurate records and reporting of onboarding metrics for continuous improvement
Application Lifecycle Management:
・Oversee delivery and ensure consistency with policies and processes
・Act as point of escalation for application lifecycle related issues
・Oversee full lifecycle of application license management including forecasting, reporting and cost optimization.
・Automate processes to improve applications administration
Team Lead:
・Oversee the day to day operations of a contract worker team, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
・Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and application lifecycle related escalations, projects and process improvements.
・Interact with global teams as a point of contact for Japan to standardize global operations.
・Utilize a metrics-driven approach to track onboarding success and drive constant improvements
・Ensure all members are cross trained and aware of initiatives within IT Operations
