Fellow is looking to hire an Email Coordinator to help provide part time support on email and sms execution. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to Fellow’s growing success and gain valuable experience in the field. 

Reporting to the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager, the ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment where no goal is too intimidating when there’s a great team and product portfolio behind it.  

Please note this is a part-time contract position starting at 5-10 hours per week, M-F. Ideally this role will grow into something larger, up to 15-20 hours a week if both parties are happy with work and performance . We are looking for this person to start ASAP, with potential to grow into additional responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

As the Email Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Email Marketing team. Your responsibilities include:

  • Campaign Execution: Build, Link, QA and schedule email/sms campaigns using Klaviyo and Attentive.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks to ensure accurate content, links, and overall campaign functionality. Including ability to troubleshoot errors. Must be EXTREMELY detail oriented. Checks everything twice, never forgets to test on desktop and mobile.
  • Collaboration: Work closely and autonomously with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and site team to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key email metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement. 
  • Account Monitoring: Monitor email and sms accounts for alerts and errors. For example: broken flow, more discount codes needed, billing issue, big discrepancy in reporting.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of hands-on experience in email marketing.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Self motivated and eager to make a difference!

Hard Skills/Tools/Technologies:

  • Proficiency in using Klaviyo and Attentive email and sms marketing platforms.
  • Knowledge of email template building.
  • Knowledge of segmentation building.
  • Familiarity with Shopify ecommerce integration.

Pay Range: $23-$25/hr, 5-10 hours a week
