The Role
Ticket Service Representatives are the first point of contact for our guests. They delivered an exceptional customer experience while assisting with ticketing transactions, inquiries, and event information. This role requires professionalism, accuracy, and a friendly demeanor to ensure every guest feels welcomed and supported.
