Job Description

We are looking for a strategic and analytical Business Analyst to join the CEO Office to drive high-priority initiatives and support MOVE’s strategic agenda.

In this role, you will work closely with the CEO, and senior leadership team to connect long-term strategy with execution. You will play a key role in shaping business priorities, providing forward-looking insights, and ensuring strategic initiatives are tracked and delivered effectively.

This is a high-visibility role that requires strong business acumen, structured thinking, and the ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions.

In this role, you will get to

  • Support the CEO Office in shaping MOVE’s strategic priorities, translating high-level goals into measurable plans, milestones, and performance indicators.

  • Lead strategic analysis on business, commercial, and operational performance, identifying key drivers, risks, and growth opportunities to inform leadership decisions.

  • Partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Marketing and Finance to drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment on priorities.

  • Track and monitor key strategic projects and initiatives, ensuring progress, managing risks, and highlighting dependencies or execution gaps.

  • Develop executive-level dashboards, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership meetings, business reviews, and external engagements.

  • Conduct market, competitor, and industry analysis to support long-term planning and strategic decision-making.

  • Improve performance reporting frameworks, governance processes, and data visibility to enhance decision-making speed and accuracy.

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and leadership team by providing structured insights, recommendations, and scenario analysis.

What you will need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related discipline.

  • 4–6 years of experience in strategy, consulting, business analytics, commercial planning, transformation, or project management within a fast-paced, data-driven organization.

  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to structure ambiguous business challenges using data, analytical frameworks, and AI-assisted insights.

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data analytics and AI-enabled tools (e.g., predictive analytics, automation tools, or generative AI platforms) to enhance decision-making, productivity, and business insights.

  • Proven experience managing cross-functional initiatives, driving alignment across multiple stakeholders using structured planning, data storytelling, and collaborative tools.

  • Strong business acumen with the ability to connect operational metrics, data signals, and AI-generated insights to strategic outcomes and executive decisions.

  • Experience developing executive-ready dashboards and decision intelligence reporting, including familiarity with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).

  • Ability to apply data-driven experimentation and hypothesis testing, translating analytical outputs into actionable business recommendations.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate complex data or AI outputs into clear executive narratives.

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, presentation tools, and AI-assisted productivity tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, automation workflows, or equivalent).

  • Highly self-driven and structured, with comfort operating in a high-visibility, fast-moving, and digitally enabled environment.

  • Experience in a tech, digital platform, OTA, or travel industry environment is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with Agile, product-driven organizations, and data-informed decision frameworks.

  • Exposure to CEO Office, strategy, transformation, or enterprise-wide change initiatives is preferred.
