As a Strategic Operations Manager, a typical day for you will include:

• Collaborating with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for operational optimization, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Formulating and execute comprehensive operational strategies that drive efficiency and support business objectives.
• Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of operational strategies, ensuring accountability and results.
• Owning and managing cross‐functional special projects aimed at driving growth across the business

(Required qualifications)

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in management consulting \ corporate business development, or operational roles within a private equity backed company.
• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, passion for working hard and being part of a driven, collaborative team, proactive in identifying opportunities and creating pathways for success.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; MBA / master’s preferred but not required
• Schedule / in-office requirements: This role will be based out of our Irving, Texas office located at 500 E. John Carpenter FWY, Irving Texas. Neighborly follows a hybrid work schedule requiring 3 days in office.
