We are searching for a Head of P&C. This is a hands-on leader who provides inspirational leadership and guidance at all levels of the organization, being hyper-focused on Factored’s culture and people engagement. This role is a key business partner and trusted advisor to all Factored and brings expertise in P&C to continue building a world-class workplace.  The Head of P&C will report to our COO and will help shape scalable Factored’s culture, People programs, structures, and processes. #LI-Remote
