Partner Technology & Integrations Manager

Help Intapp to multiply its potential for growth, innovation, and market leadership by enabling Intapp’s partners to build integrations to Intapp products. 


We are looking for a Partner Technology & Integrations Manager to support Intapp’s partners as they build integrations to Intapp software. As the Partner Technology & Integrations Manager you will rely on your experience translating use cases and business requirements into elegant, scalable integrations. Reporting to the Director of Data & Technology Partnerships, you will contribute to Intapp’s partners’ success by enabling our growing portfolio of data and technology/ISV partners to build integrations with Intapp’s suite of Products. These integrations are a vital reason why clients select Intapp and how Intapp products deliver value. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include the growth in the number of certified partner resources, demonstrated improvements in the quality of partner-led integrations, partner satisfaction scores and the successful delivery and completion of partner enablement sessions and training programs.


What you will do:


1. Technical Enablement:
You will partner with the Intapp Partner Development Managers assigned to each partnership to enable the partner on basic and advanced functionality and features of Intapp software. You will guide the Partner on leveraging these features to best execute on their integration. It is critical to collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute on the partner strategies, aligned to the overall company strategy, key stakeholder functions, the partner program and our partner management capabilities. 

2. Use Case Development:
You will partner with the Intapp Partner Development Manager to translate business requirements, formal partnership joint value propositions and integration use case stories from clients and other stakeholders into a technical execution plan. This plan will define which APIs from each product will communicate, how, and which can be executed by engineering teams within the Partner’s organization. You will collaborate closely with Intapp product and engineering teams to best align the business requirements with the optimal capabilities within the Intapp Product set.

3. Integration Specification & Certification:
You will create and align a technical integration specification that defines the integration flow. This document will be utilized by Intapp Product Management leadership during the integration certification phase. You will support the partner and Partner Development Manager refining our joint value propositions. You will help to facilitate the certification journey for partners and their professionals, ensuring they meet certification requirements and are well-prepared to execute on the shared partnership ambition.

4. Intapp Product Expert: 
You will maintain expert-level proficiency with Intapp products, including all technical frameworks, as well as Partner support and development modalities such as SDKs and iFrames.

5. Compliance, Improvement, and Governance:
You will support process development and ways of working to ensure partners adhere to contractual agreements, compliance standards, and best practices to protect company interests, manage risks and maintain the integrity of partner and client relationships. You will support, develop and manage quality assurance approaches ensuring the quality of partner-led integrations, addressing any gaps or issues that arise. It will be critical to establish feedback loops with partners to continuously improve the enablement, development and certification processes.

What you will need:
•    Bachelor's degree
•    Relevant experience (>5 years) in technical product management or integration services / software implementation
•    Strong technical experience and understanding of various application development frameworks.  Full stack experience preferred
•    Effective communication, change management, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
•    Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities, tasks and drive outcomes and business impact
•    Good understanding of B2B partnership dynamics, including partner lifecycle management, revenue-sharing models, and partner ecosystem strategies
•    Proficiency in SaaS products; experience with Intapp products such as Intapp Conflicts and/or Intapp DealCloud preferred
