Job Description:
This position is responsible for standard level work supporting information technology application(s) through planning, designing, implementing, maintaining, and providing ongoing optimization and support.JOB DETAILS
Fully remote. M- F. Normal business hours.
Rotating On Call responsibilities for overnight and weekends
Candidates with Epic Willow Inpatient certification with demonstrated experience supporting and working within Epic applications are strongly preferred.
At this time the following states are currently paused for sourcing new candidates or for new relocation requests for current caregivers.

Job Description
As an Epic Application Analyst, you’ll independently support, configure, and optimize Epic applications that clinicians rely on to safely deliver patient care. You’ll take ownership of applications across their lifecycle, translating business and clinical needs into effective system solutions, resolving complex issues, supporting integrations, and leading small to mid‑sized initiatives. This role partners closely with clinical and operational stakeholders, requires strong application knowledge and independent decision‑making, adherence to change management standards, and maintenance of required Epic certifications, while contributing to meaningful improvements in workflows and patient outcomes.
Essential Functions
Provides application support through analysis, troubleshooting, and issue resolution
Translates business and technical requirements into system configuration and solutions
Configures, tests, implements, maintains, and monitors applications and workflows
Documents and recommends workflow and system design improvements
Partners with vendors and stakeholders to support integrations and third‑party systems
Manages small to mid-size projects and related deliverables
Follows testing, documentation, change management, and governance standards
Supports reporting needs, training materials, and knowledge resources
Participates in on-call, command center, and team activities as required
Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Excel
Strong application, system analysis, and business process knowledge
Ability to document requirements and determine appropriate solutions
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting skills
Effective written and verbal communication skills
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum of two years of related work experience, or active pursuit of a bachelor’s degree with four years of related experience
Ability to obtain and maintain required Epic application certifications
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, healthcare, business, or a related field. Additional relevant experience may substitute for education with supervisory and HR approval
Requirements

Ability to see and read computer monitors and documentation
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing work
