Position Summary:
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator supports the billing and collections processes for medical insurance claims across a variety of payers, including Medicare and Medicaid. This role is responsible for insurance verification, benefit explanation, denial management, accounts receivable reconciliation, authorization tracking, and client financial documentation. Each coordinator specializes in at least two core AR functions and cross-trains in additional areas to ensure team flexibility and operational continuity. The role requires a high level of accuracy, strong communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across clinical and administrative teams.
Compensation & Benefits:
The posted range represents the full hiring range. Offers will not exceed this range, the majority of candidates are placed near the midpoint based on experience and qualifications.

Work Location: This is a hybrid opportunity open to folks residing in the Greater Denver Metro area and will require 1-2 days per week on-site and the rest of the week working remotely.
Shift/Hours: This is a Monday-Friday opportunity observing standard business hours.
Physical Requirements:
Requires sitting, standing, bending and reaching. May require lifting up to 50 pounds. Requires manual dexterity sufficient to operate standard office machines such as computers, fax machines, the telephone and other office and/or clinical equipment.
