Core responsabilities :

• Creation and follow up of distribution claim?
• Creation of SAP code and listing of products.
• manage documentation to all customers by shipment and make sure that correct version, and DHL tracking.

• Update share point with data changes in term of date of departure and arrival of containers to each country, and call distributors to confirm release in the country. To align with commercial needs.
• improved customer service & enhanced supply chain resilience.
