As an SM Ops Producer, you'll have an opportunity to bring to life Target’s digital site and app promotional content. You will drive timely, high-quality content launches and refreshes. You will be responsible for setting up and managing promotional offers in Target Promotion systems, ensuring timeliness and accuracy across stores as well as digital channels. An ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a creative, fast-paced environment, focused on interpreting the creative strategy and direction.

About this role:

  • Executing tool setup of promotional offers on Target.com
  • Working with multiple stakeholders for creative and promotional feedback and ensure 100% resolution
  • Documenting and analyzing pre and post launch activity to identify issues, gaps, learnings to share with partners to streamline ongoing processes
  • Ensuring the quality of deliverables and timeline compliance through proper project execution

About you:

  • Education Expectations: 3-year Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of work experience (preferably in digital commerce)
  • Adaptability to a dynamic and constantly changing environment
  • Strong data and analytical skills with basic understanding of ecommerce KPIs
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve client issues in a consultative manner
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and proactively work towards team deliverables completion
