Summary: As a Service Management Lead, you will lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. You will coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. Your role will involve developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful execution of projects and ensuring the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Lead the delivery of programs, projects, or managed services. - Coordinate projects through contract management and shared service coordination. - Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and sponsors to ensure high levels of commitment and enable the strategic agenda. - Oversee the successful execution of projects and ensure the satisfaction of all stakeholders. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Responsible for team decisions. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with network security and troubleshooting. - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. - Experience in managing enterprise-level network infrastructure. - Knowledge of network monitoring and performance optimization. - Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide ongoing support to clients, acting as the interface between the client and the system or application. - Utilize exceptional communication skills to accurately define client issues and interpret and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth functioning of systems and applications. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in Enterprise Network Operations, integrating innovative approaches for sustained competitive advantage. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Expertise in Enterprise Network Operations. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in Cloud Tech Support and Application Support. - Strong understanding of system and application design and architecture. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
