Position Summary:
The Operations team at Care.com HomePay is challenged with providing ongoing behind-the-scenes client support and account management that reinforce our company goals and mission. This role aims to consistently exceed the expectations of the company’s clients through the creation and constant improvement of procedures and processes that result in superior quality and operational efficiency. The Operations department works closely with the Sales and Consulting teams to ensure the team is meeting client service deliverables, and proving its commitment to timeliness, accuracy, thoroughness, and clarity in each functional area.
This position is very hands-on and requires excellent communication skills, and a high level of professionalism. A strong work ethic and a strong desire to be part of the team is critical for success. We are a company dedicated to our quality of service, dedicated to pride in a "job well done," and dedicated to working collaboratively with the other members of our functional team. You must also possess and take pride in a high attention to detail, organization and task management, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven business environment.

Hourly Rate: $25.48
The base salary range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the national salary range for this position. Actual salaries may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Care.com’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses and short- and long-term incentives. In addition, Care.com provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life, and disability insurance, a generous 401K employer matching program, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO).
