Duties and responsibilities:

Responsible for inspection of all incoming production materials (e.g., plastic parts, electronic boards, packaging materials, labels) received. Handle MRB material. Support Quality Control activities upon department’s needs. Identify and mitigate quality risks. Report testing result in the ERP System. Working according to daily workplan.

Essential Job Functions

Inspection and Testing:

Inspect articles and materials: This involves visually examining for defects, dimensional accuracy, functionality, and adherence to specifications. This might use specialized tools and gauges for precise measurements. Perform or oversee quality control tests: when applicable you might conduct physical, chemical, or performance tests to assess product quality against established standards. Compare articles to specifications and drawings: Ensure products match design blueprints, technical specifications, and industry regulations.

MRB: Prepare MRB reports for MRB meeting. Participate in MRB meeting. Update MRB reports according to MRB board decision. Handle MRB reports signature route till closing.

Education and Certifications:

3+ years’ experience in a similar Job, practical engineering, BA an advantage.

Position Requirements:

Computer knowledge:  able to work in computerized environment, broad knowledge in Excel, able to prepare presentations, experience with ERP systems – an advantage.

Capabilities: Excel knowledge, reading technical drawings and specifications, good English reading and writing.

Personal capabilities: Independent, self-learning capabilities, ability to work under pressure, good listener, good interpersonal communication
