What success looks like in this role:

• Semi-independently leads small delivery management projects.
• Creates and maintains project plans, ensuring resources are effectively allocated.
• Tracks expenses and project costs, ensuring alignment with both Unisys and client agreements and expectations.
• Serves as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and helping with expectation management.
• Implements defined solutions and strategies based on an analysis of client requirements, business goals, objectives and existing infrastructure.
• Troubleshoots and documents client issues (i.e., performance and application issues).
• Monitors team performance versus service level agreements, ensuring timely resolution of issues or service disruptions.
• Provides clients with regular reports and implementation updates.
• Thoughtfully escalates client- and/or process-related issues and questions.
• Develops, maintains and updates client status and other management reports.
• Works with any 3rd Party providers and sub-contractors to ensure the implementation of deliverables

You will be successful in this role if you have:

BA/BS degree and 2-4 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
