Job Summary

We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst to drive the Finance Controllership function. Ideal candidate will be a Finance Leader for the organization, adept at accounting, financial analysis and reporting, tax and other compliance matters. The role drives process improvements, provides expert counsel, represents the business unit/organization contributing to operational and strategic success.

  • Responsible to ensure compliance with all country regulations pertaining to finance and tax including direct and indirect taxes.
  • Responsible to apply knowledge of local accounting standards to decide accounting treatment for transactions.
  • Responsible for financial analysis, margins assessment, management reporting of financial results and information support to key stakeholders.
  • Lead efforts for statutory audit and support tax teams for tax assessments related data requests.
  • Performs highly complex financial analysis including P&L performance reporting, reconciliations, margin analysis for a finance and tax functions, utilizing a unique understanding of the business to achieve objectives effectively.
  • Collaborates with business leaders to guide and influence long-term and strategic decision-making.
  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.
  • Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and provides mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.
  • Support business initiatives in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
     

Education & Experience Recommended

  • Big 4 experience and Finance Controllership experience candidate preferred.
  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, CPA, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably in financial management, FP&A, accounting, tax or a related field.
