WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Momentum is looking for a passionate Sr. Field Activation Manager with inherent account management skills to quickly become a trusted partner to clients. You will lead the day-to-day event marketing activity for world-class brands. Confident in your approach, you’ll deftly manage client/agency/Brand Ambassador (BA) relationships, provide day-to-day guidance and develop highly influential relationships with key client, sales and internal audiences. Comfortable with numbers, you will oversee budgets and ensure we manage to the client’s and agency’s
expectations. Achieving KPIs is paramount, so we need you to be laser focused on our growth objectives and reinforce with BAs the importance of the role they play.


HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO (RESPONSIBILITIES)

  • Main agency contact for BAs and sales team on all daily operational needs, managing the relationships and expectations in accordance with agency and client campaign objectives.
  • Lead recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and mentorship of BAs, fostering an environment of mutual respect and partnership, strategic thinking, appropriate risk taking, open lines of communication, on-going performance feedback and adherence to agency policy.
  • Develop comprehensive, custom training “playbooks” and facilitate ongoing training, as needed.
  • Oversee event tracking system that monitors field activity, KPI management, and budgets, ensuring event recaps are completed accurately and on time.
  • Manage all BA administration (invoices from third party staffing agencies)
  • Works closely with Director, Field Ops to ensure budgets are effectively managed
  • Ensure quality control through market visits and spot checking (when applicable).
  • Establish effective relationships across agency field teams and MOMO HQ Business Leadership teams ensuring client expectations and goals are met.
  • Share best practices, recommending implementation of new policies or programing as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate leadership in field marketing with an eye of continual improvement/evolution
  • Maintain a current working knowledge of relevant competitive and category landscape and provide regional competitive tracking and reporting.

 
HERE’S WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR (QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS)

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, within Marketing or related field
  • 6-8 years of relevant experience managing a diverse range of product
  • 3+ years agency experience (preferred)
  • Fluent at creating tour schedules and liaising with experiential production teams to ensure flawless execution of all events
  • Experience managing third-party staffing agencies
  • Conduct the training of Brand Ambassadors, and serving as the primary POC for all BAs
  • Ability to develop and manage the “playbook” of operations, outlining the requirements of all events
  • Proven examples of strong client relationships and client management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and stay calm under pressure
  • Self-starter, proven ability to “get-the-job-done”, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Unbreakable spirit…calm under pressure
  • Keen eye for detail combined with passion to guarantee accuracy and quality for all work submitted and published
  • Ability to analyze data and assemble client-facing reports
  • Strong writing skills with ability to communicate points-of-view succinctly, thoroughly, and convincingly
  • Strong budget management skills, inclusive of ensuring staffing agencies are paid accurately and on time
  • Polished, professional demeanor, projects confidence and enthusiasm for the business
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Web-based reporting tools
  • Ability to work weekends, as necessary, for events
  • Travel (up to 20%) as required by Client /Agency team (to conduct Quality Control of our events)


SALARY RANGE 
The salary range for this position is $90,000 to $100,000. Where an employee or prospective employee is paid within this range will depend on, among other factors, actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position; market considerations; location and region; budgetary considerations; tenure and standing with the company (applicable to current employees); as well as the employee’s/applicant’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
