We are searching for the best talent for Sales Consultant Obesity (Bariatric Surgery) - South of the Netherlands

Purpose: to bring people together from around the world to create innovative solutions that are bringing surgery to the next level and contribute to life-changing impacts in health care. Our Surgery unit focusses on the treatment of Obesity and Surgical Oncology.

You will be responsible for:

  • Acquisition of new customers and strong relationships building to promote our products and our company.

  • Define specific projects within Value Based Selling and use the broad value proposition of Obesity as part of the overall account plan that will lead to customer acquisition.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders like the Sales Manager, your fellow Sales Consultants, Project Specialist, Product managers & (Strategic) Account Manager to enforce the final sale of specialty products and services.

  • Facilitate congresses, user meetings and events that improve the understanding of our offer.

  • Maintain long-term relationships with key opinion leaders, surgeons and operating theater management to make/keep them promoters of our products and our company.

  • Continuously looking for new opportunities to co-create with your customers in order to grow business.

  • Provide excellent service to our customers by flawless backorder management, innovation presentations and added value projects.

  • Provide training courses to surgeons, specialists, nurses and operating room management.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree, medical, paramedical, business or comparable, ideally Master’s degree.

  • Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience available.

  • Strong communication skills & influencing skills.

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English languages.

  • Demonstrated business success in delivering growth and gaining share.

  • Ability to build respect and trust with customers, employees and internal stakeholders.

  • Self-awareness, adaptability and stress resistance.

  • Living in the southern Netherlands region (preferably central Brabant).

Preferred:

  • Experience in Endocutters/Energy devices sales and related processes.

  • Knowledge of the current market healthcare landscape and/or obesity as a disease state.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is €55,000 to €88,090 on an annual basis and includes 8% holiday allowance.

In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits*: an annual bonus with set target (% of pay) depending on pay grade / location, where the actual amount is based on the employees’ and companies’ performance of the previous calendar year, or sales commissions. Moreover, we offer vacation days, parental leave for a minimum of 12 weeks, bereavement leave, caregiver leave, volunteer leave, well -being reimbursement, programs for financial, physical and mental health.
