Marmon Industrial Water designs and manufactures water and wastewater treatment equipment solutions, under the brand names Graver Water Systems and Ecodyne. Our technologies include raw water pretreatment, degasification, hot lime softening, boiler make-up, condensate polishing, wastewater treatment, cooling, and oil/water separation for markets such as petrochemical/chemical, power generation and heavy industrial plants. 

Marmon Industrial Water is currently seeking a Warehouse Assistant to provides hands-on support to daily warehouse operations, with a focus on shipping, receiving, inventory handling, and general warehouse organization. This temporary contract role supports increased operational demand and helps ensures materials move efficiently and accurately through the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with shipping and receiving activities, including unloading, verifying, and staging materials
• Pick, pack, and prepare outbound shipments in accordance with documentation and schedules
• Support inventory accuracy through proper labeling, storage, and transaction recording
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to support material flow
• Follow all safety policies and warehouse procedures
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse or shipping/receiving experience preferred
• Ability to lift and move materials and perform physical warehouse tasks
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Forklift or warehouse equipment experience an asset (or willingness to be trained)
