As a business strategy analyst, you help develop strategic plans; monitor business plans and performance; set targets; and identify opportunities to improve service delivery for the organizational shift and transformation. You analyze issues, support the more experienced professionals in your unit, and help prepare opinions and implementation plans in accordance with your discipline’s rules. You conduct research and preliminary analysis and develop initial outlines of tools and processes drawing on your extensive knowledge of your line of business and your ability to manage complexity. You interact with stakeholders working in other fields. You assist clients and partners. More specifically, you will be required to:
Identify, input, analyze and interpret data to inform management decision-making and monitor the application of management policies and practices
Analyze risks, prepare reports and help implement recommendations
Help prepare and propose action plans to address issues in accordance with rules and parameters
Help develop and optimize procedures and implement tools.

What you bring to the table
Bachelor's degree in a related field
A minimum of one year of relevant experience
Please note that other combinations of qualifications and relevant experience may be considered
Knowledge of French is required
Expert proficiency of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members and/or clients
