Job Description

Our ideal BDRs have superhero level research and networking skills and possess the ability to trigger new sales opportunities from strategic account lists. Our BDRs work closely with senior Sales Executives and other members of the team to launch strategic messaging to targeted prospects to create interest in pursuing integrated facilities management contracts.

Since our BDRs are multi-talented, they also engage in other pipeline-triggering challenges such as attending industry conferences, participating in capabilities presentations, engaging in video productions, assisting our bid team in proposal development using the extensive knowledge they’ve gained in developing the opportunity, etc.

This position is both responsible for and held accountable for ensuring Flagship Enterprises Holding, Incorporated and its employees adhere to the Company’s Code of Business Ethics and Conduct in the performance of their assigned duties in accordance with basic tenets of business honesty and integrity.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for soft sales tactics such as social media campaigns and telesales
  • Responsible for participation in presentations, conference marketing, proposal development and other tasks as assigned
  • Responsible for attaining set goals for overall sales support as set by the SVP of S&M
  • Is an active member in identified network groups and memberships
  • Is a key component in Flagship’s strategy for network group conference participation and involvement
  • Understands and consistently uses CRM software, especially in creating, launching and follow up on automated nurture campaigns.
  • Represents Flagship in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Ethics and Conduct

Knowledge and Skills

  • Must be a strong communicator
  • Must be skilled in influential and persuasive conversations and messaging
  • Must be knowledgeable in business tactics, offer, and strategic value
  • Must be sales trained in reading and understanding client needs and articulating solutions for current and future client pain points
  • Must be comfortable with the MS Office Suite, especially MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
  • Is familiar with CRM tools and resources (specific experience with Hubspot/Sales CRM preferred but not required)
  • Must be familiar with integrated facilities management, aviation services, industrial or manufacturing facility services to medium to large business, both regional and national in scope.
  • Must have the ability to get up to speed quickly with Flagship business model and product lines
  • Must be able to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal and external clients.
  • Impeccable credentials of the highest level of integrity, ethics, and honesty

Education and Work Experience

  • Brings to the position at least 5 years of demonstrated soft selling, marketing, sales, or operations. 10 years of total experience is preferred
  • Must have a proven track record in driving growth from experience
  • Must be knowledgeable in the contract services market – Industrial and Aviation Facilities Services a plus
  • Must be able to think strategically and be comfortable with executive communicators
  • Must possess an Associate’s degree in Arts or Science preferably in business marketing or sales management and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
