Build and maintain trusted client relationships to drive organic account growth and long-term partnerships.

Lead and mentor Associate Engagement Managers (EMs) and EMs within programs.
Manage complex programs consisting of multiple projects and workstreams.
Design, develop, and execute strategic program roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
Ensure maximum value delivery by deeply understanding customers' business goals and needs.
Oversee project and program schedules, task assignments, and ensure timely progress from broad phases to detailed execution.
Proactively manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and provide executive-level reporting.
Provide leadership, guidance, and hands-on execution support for projects and programs.
Ensure engagements are delivered on time, within budget, within scope, and with the highest quality.
Drive governance, strategic direction, and growth of client accounts.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, fostering strong relationships and identifying opportunities for expansion.
Lead, manage, and hold accountable Engagement Managers as needed.
Proven track record in project or program management, demonstrating successful leadership in delivering complex engagements.
Experience managing multiple, concurrent, client-facing enterprise software deployment engagements.
Strong background in professional services, consulting, or a related field with demonstrated expertise.
Recognized subject matter expertise in Project/Program Management.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities within professional services, IT, or business operations.
Strong independent judgment with the ability to manage highly complex work autonomously.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
Exceptional communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation—suitable for all levels of an organization.
Self-motivation and confidence to follow through on action items across various organizational levels.
Proficiency in budget adherence and reporting.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to self-manage in fast-paced environments.
Experience gathering, analyzing, and reporting data with accuracy under tight deadlines.
Solid understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC).
Hands-on experience with ServiceNow deployments.
Required: PMP or PgMP certification.
Preferred: ITIL certification.
Nice to Have:
SAFe certification.
Agile Methodology certification (CSM / CSPO).

Note: Base salary range is $140,000 to $180,000 USD. This range represents the expected compensation for this position. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range when taking into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to location; skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
