Summary: As a Software Development Engineer, you will engage in a dynamic work environment where you will analyze, design, code, and test various components of application code across multiple clients. Your day will involve collaborating with team members to ensure the successful implementation of software solutions, while also performing maintenance and enhancements to existing applications. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality code and contributing to the overall success of the projects you are involved in, ensuring that client requirements are met effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: • Design and develop data pipelines and workflows using BIOVIA Pipeline Pilot to automate scientific data processing and integration. • Collaborate with IT, laboratory, and business teams to integrate Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), and other digital lab platforms with BIOVIA applications. • Analyze business and scientific requirements and translate them into scalable, compliant, and traceable digital solutions that optimize lab and R&D operations. • Configure and customize BIOVIA OneLab and Pipeline Pilot environments, including development of methods, protocols, and user interfaces to enhance digital lab workflows. • Ensure data integrity and compliance throughout the data lifecycle across lab and enterprise systems. • Provide documentation, change management, and user training for newly deployed digital solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must Have Skills: Proficiency in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE BIOVIA. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with version control systems such as Git or SVN. - Familiarity with database management and SQL. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE BIOVIA. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
