More than working in a multidisciplinary team, your roles and responsibilities will include supporting the strategy, creation, and innovation of personalized deliveries. Key Responsibilities

• Support the Innovation Business teams to efficiently identify and resolve first impression innovation legal issues.
• Be a legal pathfinder and drive legal assessments of new innovative initiatives, including identifying risks and related mitigation strategies in collaboration with colleagues across GSL and the wider Accenture Legal Team.
• Develop clear communication messages and guidance to enable the business and other Legal teams across Accenture.
• Develop templates and training materials for the Innovation teams and other Legal teams including those responsible for client-facing contracting.

Knowledge Skills and Experience

• 8+ years relevant experience in a corporate or law firm setting.
• Experience analyzing complex facts and situations to provide risk analysis and mitigation strategies.
• Understanding of or willingness to learn about regulatory frameworks that may apply to the innovations.
• Track record of developing trusted relationships with senior business leaders.
• Experience in drafting and reviewing a variety of low to high complexity agreements with vendors, clients and partners.
