As a Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications and automating business processes. You will work across the entire software development life cycle—from architecture and implementation to testing, deployment, and optimization. This role offers an exciting opportunity to

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, maintain, and scale enhancements for existing web applications and new solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation (code, architecture, change logs, bug reports, etc.).
• Implement development best practices, including coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing.
• Work with complex data models and ensure efficient database design and optimization.
• Analyze and maintain existing workflows and applications for performance and reliability.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for technical issues and provide timely resolutions
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
• Automate workflows and processes using appropriate technologies and frameworks.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline management and deployment strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Minimum 4–5 years of experience in building full stack web applications.
• Front-End: Strong skills in HTML, JavaScript, CSS. (Good to have: Bootstrap, HTMX, and modern front end frameworks.)
• Back-End: Moderate to advanced proficiency in Python and Django Web Framework.
• Database: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS SQL (other relational DBs accepted).
• Cloud (Good to Have): Familiarity with AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda) for deployment and scalability.
• DevOps & CI/CD: Intermediate knowledge of Git, GitHub, and CI/CD environments. Experience with repository management and automated build/deploy pipelines.
• Methodologies: Advanced understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
• Ability to quickly learn and apply enterprise AI tools and technologies to support technical workflows and business objectives.
