Regional Project Coordinator – New York, NY (Hybrid)

The Project Coordinator (PC) plays a pivotal role in synchronizing and overseeing projects and tasks across multiple countries. Responsible for ensuring seamless parallel progress in all regions. The PC analyses potential errors, conducts comprehensive client tests, and tracks feedback. This role demands project coordination skills coupled with a keen eye for optimizing workflows and project efficiencies.

Role Responsibilities

Monitor daily progress of projects

  • Track progress across our four tech hubs (Madrid, India, US and Brazil) on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Keep managers updated and in sync on the work being developed for each project.

Collaborating with other team members to understand requirements and functionalities

  • Work closely with Product and Design teams to understand requirements and functionalities.
  • Track differences of them in other projects.
  • Align timeline to develop in a coordinated manner.
  • Make sure knowledge and best practices are shared in advance.

Develop and track Project timelines and deliveries

  • Track tasks progress through Jira for each Project.
  • Develop Jira Dashboards for detailed project status.
  • Develop, update and maintain a global roadmap for all projects.
  • Identify dependencies with other teams to plan in advance

Monitor progress and address potential issues or blockers

  • Identify potential issues and share with other projects.
  • Track progress of them to assure completion in all regions/projects.
  • Follow-up on vulnerability reports and ETAs for critical, high and medium tasks to be resolved.

Keep track of KPIs reports, providing insights to drive decision making.

  • Track Jira to extract KPIs regarding team progress and capacity.
  • Understand team’s capacity and each team member expertise to reassign to different projects in case of need.
  • Prepare a template for team / project reporting to share with stakeholders, leadership team and others.

Documenting work, communicating and coordinating with the global team about changes

  • Keep track of project documentation.
  • Follow-up on deployment status and document status of tasks in each stage.
  • Communicate important matters and keep everyone updated on major project updates.
  • Encourage testing of our apps and retrieve and document feedback.

Role Requirements

  • 2-4 years of experience coordinating projects
  • Bachelor's Degree in BA or a related field
  • Education or equivalent experience is required.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders
  • Basic knowledge of project management best practices or similar experience
  • Teamwork, problem-solving, adaptability, willingness to learn, time management, analysis

Salary

The on-target earnings range is $52,700-63,000 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
