Responsibilities:

• Provide technical review and advice on Civil, Structural, and Architectural engineering designs and development plans.
• Act as the primary point of contact and Client Representative for civil engineering-related matters, collaborating closely with Team Members, Client Team, Stakeholders, Consultants, and Contractors.
• Support and monitor design and construction progress and ensure adherence to approved designs, codes, and standards.
• Identify potential design and construction issues early, proposing practical solutions to mitigate risks and delays.
• Oversee compliance with local building regulations, environmental standards, and project specifications.
• Review and approve project documentation, including drawings, reports, and specifications.
• Support decision-making by providing detailed engineering analyses and recommendations.
• Facilitate smooth communication between multidisciplinary teams to align on project goals and timelines.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance and quality control protocols.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in civil, structural, and architectural engineering design and construction.
• Certification as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Chartered Engineer (CEng) is highly desirable.
• Proven track record of working on large-scale data center or similar infrastructure development projects such as Oil & Gas, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Large Mixed-Used Developments.
• Comprehensive understanding of local building codes, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software tools and platforms (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Autocad Construction Cloud / BIM360 or similar).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and culturally diverse environment.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects on schedule.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and client stakeholders.
• Fluent Thai and English
• Based in Chonburi
