Why this role matters

In this role, you’ll be the key bridge between operations and IT—making sure our warehouse and shipping systems meet real-world needs while staying aligned with global IT standards. You'll help shape how healthcare moves, from warehouse to patient.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, testing, and rollout of HELIX—our next-generation global platform for order and warehouse management
• Propose, test, and implement smart solutions that improve our healthcare logistics systems, including WMS and shipping platforms
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements, supporting compliance and operational excellence
• Work directly with clients, operations teams, engineers, quality control, and global IT to deliver high-impact solutions
• Manage cross-functional projects with a high degree of ownership and visibility
• Receive dedicated training on healthcare compliance systems and UPS’s digital tools

Your qualifications & experience

• Education: a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or similar
• Experience: 1+ year in supply chain, logistics, or consulting roles. Healthcare logistics experience is a big plus
• Tech & Systems: familiar with SCM systems (SAP, WMS, TMS); strong in MS Office; Visio, SQL, and Access are a plus
• Mindset: analytical thinker with excellent communication and presentation skills
• Language: fluent English (written and spoken)
• Mobility: willingness to travel as needed
