Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software Automation Test script for the organization’s products and systems. Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation. Assist in resolving customer field issues on live, production systems. Troubleshoot customer reported issues Maintain client/server product.
This role will require experience in the following skill sets:
Develop and implement test hardware and software for production testing of new products. Evaluate deadlines, set goals, and create project schedules.
Improve test yields, reduce overall test time, increase test capacity, minimize downtime, and optimize test/process flows. This involves implementing new processes, utilizing statistical tools, and solving existing problems.
Identify technical and quality issues, evaluate alternatives, and choose the most suitable approach based on specifications, reliability, cost-effectiveness, testability, and reparability.
Prepare and deliver technical reports to influence decision-making. Participate as a speaker in technical programs.
Write and update test procedures and production documentation
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of NI TestStand and LabVIEW.
Strong knowledge of test systems hardware and software architecture.
Knowledge of C# and Python.
Ability to work with minimum supervision.
Candidates must reside in the DFW area to be considered for this role.
Required Skills:
Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the industry.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required. Employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position.
