  • Planning and implementing sales activities, and developing new business in your assigned industries, such as railway, aerospace, commercial vehicles, diesel engines, energy storage, and wind power industries.
  • Providing customers with RFQs in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Presenting products and technical solutions to customers, keeping them informed about new product services, pricing, changes, etc.
  • Participating in technical seminars or other activities to maintain long-term customer-supplier relationships and seize new business opportunities.
  • Visiting customers regularly to better understand their needs, maintain current business, and seek new opportunities to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Ensuring order security, and cooperating with customer service and the factory to ensure product quality and on-time delivery.
  • Managing inventory with the support of customer service; in case of anticipated delivery risks, proactively informing customers using appropriate methods acceptable to them, in order to balance timely delivery and minimum freight costs.
  • Coordinating and collaborating with various teams across the organization to handle customer complaints responsibly, ensuring satisfactory resolution, and seizing opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and generate new sales.
  • Collecting market information that supports decision-making, marketing, and sales strategy planning.
  • Preparing sales forecasts and budgets, as well as various sales reports.
  • Conducting business in a professional manner, complying with the company’s code of business ethics and other policies.
  • Completing other tasks assigned by superiors.
