A Day in the Life

As an Intern, you will support the Customer Service team by assisting with daily operations during a transition time. This role helps ensure smooth service delivery and contributes to improving customer satisfaction, which directly impacts business performance and client retention.
By joining Customer Care & Order Operations (CCOO), you will get a unique opportunity to drive customer experience through technology innovation and contribute to bringing our Mission to patients all over the world.

Internship details:
•    Start date: January 2026 
•    Duration: 5 months 
•    Working hours: 30 hours per week 
•    Working model: hybrid (2 days from office) 
•    Location: Warsaw

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
•    Entering orders in SAP
•    Creating and following up on deliveries 
•    Handling customer inquiries via email

Required Knowledge: 
•    Pursuing a degree in higher education (you must be a student during the entire internship duration)
•    Fluency in English (minimum B2 upper-intermediate level) 
•    Willingness to develop new skills, including learning new systems and tools
•    Communication and teamwork skills

Would be a plus:
•    Knowledge of SAP/Verint
•    Spanish language skills
•    Customer-focused attitude
