About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations. This role is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end logistics process, ensuring efficient transportation, warehousing, and distribution of goods while maintaining cost efficiency and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily logistics operations including transportation, warehousing, and distribution
• Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Manage relationships with logistics providers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock movements
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, safety, and company standards
• Analyze logistics performance metrics and drive process improvements
• Lead and develop the logistics team, ensuring high performance and engagement
• Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field
• Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management (typically 5+ years)
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and distribution processes
• Experience with logistics systems / ERP tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and people management experience

Preferred Skills

• Experience in [industry, e.g., manufacturing, retail, FMCG]
• Knowledge of international shipping and customs regulations
• Continuous improvement or process optimization experience
