Compensation: 45k base salary + 36k On-target variable
About the Role:
Outbound BDRs are responsible for generating leads and vetting customers for the sales team. Outbound BDRs initiate the first outreach with customers. Our Outbound BDRs play a key role in driving leads for our Sales team and overall revenue for the business.
Outbound BDRs focus on industry verticals and complete discovery calls with customers. Outbound BDRs must understand each customer's unique pain points to determine which of our software will fit their business well.
This role is based out of our Office in Charlotte, North Carolina. No remote work is available for this role.
