What You Will Do:

  • Increase service revenue by identifying and converting new opportunities for ProCare service contracts, spare parts, preventative maintenance and extended warranty packages.

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships, especially with biomedical engineers, procurement teams, and hospital decision-makers.

  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams including Technical Service, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to deliver the best customer solutions.

  • Manage the full sales process, from opportunity identification and proposal preparation to negotiation and closing.

  • Promote service upgrades and preventive maintenance programs to improve system reliability and customer satisfaction.

  • Ensure proposal accuracy and participate in tender processes while maintaining compliance with Procare policies and pricing structures.

  • Improve service sales performance by tracking renewal timelines, monitoring warranty conversions, and closing opportunities on time.

  • Responsible for all service sales activities, primarily service contracts, in hospitals carrying the Stryker brand across Turkiye.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical or business field.

  • Experience in technical or service sales, ideally in medical devices or capital equipment.

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.

  • Strong business sense and ability to explain how technical features bring customer and financial value.

  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven approach with a positive attitude.

  • Flexibility and willingness to travel up to 70% across Turkiye.

  • Proficiency in English.
