We are seeking a talented individual to join our Analytics Solutions team at Marsh. This role will be based in New York City. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
DCX Product Analytics Specialist
We will count on you to:
Partner with brokers, client executives, and product teams to identify renewal pain points and translate them into clear analytics problems and success criteria.
Prepare, clean, and feature-engineer data from multiple sources including policies, claims, quotes, broker notes, and third-party data.
Build, evaluate, and validate predictive models that generate actionable insights to support broker renewal decisions.
Prototype broker-facing dashboards and reports that translate model outputs into clear, actionable guidance.
Collaborate closely with engineering and MLops teams to operationalize models, define data contracts, and support deployment and testing.
Document models, assumptions, data lineage, and conduct bias and fairness checks in line with governance requirements.
What you need to have:
Proficiency in Python (pandas, scikit-learn, xgboost/lightgbm) with experience in scripting and reproducible notebooks.
Solid understanding of statistical modeling techniques including classification, regression, feature engineering, and model validation.
Experience with BI and visualization tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to create prototype dashboards and deliverable-ready visualizations.
Familiarity with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL/transformation processes, including SQL and dbt.
Exposure to MLOps concepts such as model packaging, CI/CD basics, and monitoring.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or analytical discipline (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience.
2–6 years of hands-on analytics or data science experience, including building and validating models.

Demonstrated ability to translate technical results into actionable business insights and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Product mindset with the ability to scope MVPs and prioritize features for adoption.
Familiarity with Git and production model deployment environments.
