H&E Rentals has an opening for a Tax Account. The Tax Accountant will be responsible for completing professional tax accounting activities for the organization.

Job Requirements:

• A minimum of 1-5 years previous tax experience

• Files tax returns and prepares related reports

• Respond to customer, vendor and inter-company  tax questions and request

• Report generation in Excel including large amounts of tax data and performing data analytics

• Special projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong Microsoft Excel skills

• Previous experience with ERP systems (ie. SAP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.) and Vertex O-series and Returns

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent experience preferred
