As an SAP HCM Functional Consultant – Associate Manager at Accenture, you will play a critical role in analyzing organizational processes, designing systems, and delivering SAP HCM solutions that align with business objectives. You will assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define future-state business solutions to drive efficiency and value. As a subject matter expert, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage team performance, and contribute to key decisions. Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools is essential, with recommended expertise in Business Process Design.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze organizational processes and design SAP HCM solutions that align with business objectives and enhance human capital management.

• Act as a subject matter expert in SAP HCM, providing guidance and innovative solutions to address complex business challenges.

• Assess the current state, identify customer requirements, and define future-state business processes and solutions.

• Facilitate workshops to gather requirements, foster collaboration among stakeholders, and validate proposed solutions.

• Develop detailed documentation that outlines business processes, system requirements, and solution designs.

• Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for innovation in human capital management.

• Create visual representations of processes to enhance understanding, communication, and alignment across teams.

• Support the implementation of SAP HCM solutions by coordinating with technical teams and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to key decisions, and provide solutions to challenges that apply across various teams.

• Continuously assess and refine business processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with industry standards.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.

• Minimum of [8years] of experience in SAP HCM functional consulting, business process analysis, or solution design.

• Advanced proficiency in Business Process Analysis Tools.

• Strong understanding of Business Process Design and its role in delivering business value.

• Proven experience in gathering and documenting business requirements and designing SAP HCM solutions.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and provide innovative solutions.

• Strong collaboration and communication skills to engage with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

• Experience in facilitating workshops and developing detailed process and solution documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in SAP HCM, Business Process Analysis, or related areas.

• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors and cloud-based SAP HCM solutions.

• Experience with data analysis techniques and tools to identify trends and insights.

• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management practices.

• Proven ability to identify opportunities for innovation and process improvement in SAP HCM implementations.
