Als Associate im Residential Investment verbindest Du nationale und internationale Investoren mit den attraktivsten Wohnobjekten. Von Einzelimmobilien bis zu ganzen Portfolios: Du machst Investmentträume wahr.

Deine Aufgaben

• End-to-End Betreuung: Begleite Deine Kunden von der Erstansprache bis zum erfolgreichen Transaktionsabschluss
• Deal Sourcing: Akquiriere erstklassige Residential-Objekte für unsere nationalen und internationalen Investoren
• Marktexpertise: Erstelle fundierte Markt- und Objektanalysen als Entscheidungsgrundlage
• Verhandlungsführung: Begleite komplexe Verkaufs- und Kaufverhandlungen strategisch
• Präsentation: Bereite überzeugende Vermarktungsunterlagen auf und präsentiere diese professionell
• Internationale Zusammenarbeit: Arbeite eng mit unseren Teams in Deutschland und weltweit zusammen
• Relationship Management: Baue langfristige Kundenbeziehungen auf und pflege bestehende Kontakte

Dein Profil

Ausbildung: 
• Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder
• Abschluss als Immobilienökonom (w/m/d)

Erfahrung: 
• Mindestens 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Immobilienbereich
• Idealerweise Expertise im Verkauf von Wohnobjekten
• Nachweisbarer Track-Record im Investment-Bereich
• Regionale Ortskenntnisse von Vorteil

Kompetenzen: 
• Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Sehr gute MS Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint
• Immobilienspezifische Software von Vorteil
• Ausgeprägte Akquisitionsstärke und Kundenorientierung
• Starke Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
