About the Role
The Strategy & Insights Director plays a key role in translating data and cultural insights into actionable strategies that fuel client growth. You’ll bring together human understanding and analytical depth to build narratives that inspire clients and guide media investment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development of strategic and insights frameworks across clients and categories.
Identify emerging trends and turn them into growth opportunities for brands.
Collaborate with planners and media teams to deliver insight-driven recommendations.
Oversee research, data synthesis, and measurement to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Craft presentations and stories that simplify complex data into clear, compelling recommendations.
Mentor junior strategists and analysts to build a culture of curiosity and analytical excellence.
Requirements
10–12 years in strategy, insights, or media planning.
Strong background in research, analytics, and consumer understanding.
Ability to connect data and creativity to drive brand performance.
Excellent presentation and storytelling skills.
Experience in leading strategic discussions with senior clients.
