As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a key part of the day, utilizing modern development frameworks and agile methodologies to deliver high-quality software products that align with project goals and timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for modification and enhancement.
- Document development phases and monitor systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot, Java, Java Enterprise Edition, Java Full Stack Development.
- Strong experience in building scalable and maintainable backend services using Spring Boot framework.
- Good understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.
- Familiarity with database technologies and writing efficient queries.
- Experience with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
