We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our People Tribe as a member of the Organisational Effectiveness Chapter. In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead enterprise practice across ways of working, change management and process re-engineering.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: Embed within a business function to align ways of working, processes, and performance with business strategy.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Leverage performance data to identify barriers, inform decision-making, and drive productivity improvements in partnership with leaders.
  • Ways of Working Enablement: Equip teams with tailored tools, frameworks, and guidance to enable agile ways of working, change management and process improvement.
  • Enterprise Planning Process: Support the enterprise planning process to enable prioritisation, resource alignment, performance outcomes and the maturing of OKRs and accountabilities.
  • Change Enablement: Support the rollout and embedding of enterprise-wide Change and Process frameworks with a focus on strategic initiatives. Including, establishing workflows, embedding RACIs and working cadences. Conducting post-implementation review activities and monitoring performance.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: With the people team to deliver on our People Strategy and connect relevant specialist functions to where they are needed, to create alignment and consistency in our people experience.

Skills & Experience:

  • Is a human centred leader: You lead with influence, empathy and open mindedness with a passion for brining out the best in others.
  • Strategic Thinking: Proven ability to align team performance with broader business goals.
  • Data Literacy: Comfortable interpreting and applying people and performance data to drive outcomes.
  • Agile & Change Expertise: Strong understanding of agile ways of working, organisational change, and continuous improvement.
  • Stakeholder Management: Skilled in building trusted relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Facilitation & Coaching: Experience in coaching leaders and teams, facilitating planning sessions, and enabling capability uplift.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Collaboration: Demonstrated ability to work across teams and functions to drive alignment and shared outcomes.
  • Experience: Background in organisational effectiveness, agile coaching, performance consulting, or a related field.
