About the role:
The mission of Scibids is to provide media buyers with fully automated buying strategies for display campaigns, leading to unmatched performances for a minimum of human work.
As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in the success of our most important customers by being recognised as the in-house expert who acts as the link between technical and business needs. You will work closely with the Account Management, Sales, Data Science and Product teams to provide the most reliable data points and context, in order for them to make the right strategic decisions and ensure our customers scale the Scibids usage while keeping the same quality standards.
This position will combine the ability to understand mathematical models, organization skills, relentless curiosity (“Sherlock” mindset), strong understanding of business priorities and an ambition for your work to become a real game changer!
The impact you will have :
Ensure the successful onboarding of our top customers by understanding their challenges, making sure the AI is set for success and reporting to the customers on the added value of our solutions.
Become the troubleshooting expert that AM team will rely on to identify any area of inefficiency on the campaigns activated with Scibids AI.
Identify how the product improvement and automation can help the Account Management team to scale the amount of business managed with the same workload. These recommendations will strongly impact the roadmaps of the other tech teams.
Build a clear picture of Scibids success rate on various typologies of campaigns and customers, in particular by building the necessary reporting tools and running post-mortem analysis on successful/failed onboarding's.
Be the single point of contact between the Technical teams and The client facing teams, by owning the conversation and making sure both sides get the information they need to succeed in their missions.
Support the Account Management team by authoring training and documentation.
Advise the Technical teams for the implementation and the testing plan of all the features they release for our Account Management team
What we look for :
Very analytical mindset, passionate about troubleshooting and ability to extract relevant business insights from a dataset. Experience of exposure to Data Science use cases would be preferable.
Strong understanding of business priorities and ability to make the data “talk” in the right way to support Scibids’ messaging.
Ability to explain complex issues to a non-expert audience, both technical and client facing.
Passion for problem solving, identifying Account Managers pain-points and explaining important areas for business value to develop a trusted advisor skill set.
Familiarity working with both Client Facing and Technical team achieving tangible outcomes.
Experience in the Ad Tech industry would be a plus.
Minimum qualifications:
Master degree from a top engineering or business French school or top foreign universities.
Preferred qualifications:
6 months+ experience in adtech
3 years+ experience as a Data Scientist / Sales Engineer
Successful experience in relation to the business needs
