Job Title: Workforce Data Manager, People Services
Location: Warsaw, Poland

Introduction to role:
Are you ready to take the lead in delivering exceptional data administration support to employees, line managers, and the HR community across United Kingdom, Ireland and Switzerland? As the Workforce Data Services Lead, you will be reporting to the Regional Workforce Data Associate Director and will be responsible for implementing the regional strategy to enhance self-service Data Administration and adapting the Global HR Data Standards.
Accountabilities:
In this role, you will own in-country Workday data and monitor its quality in compliance with Global/Regional Data Standards. You will lead conversations related to local data structures and requirements for M&A and other business change projects. You will also analyze HR data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support HR decision-making processes. You will coordinate in-country implementation for global HR projects and support in-country Workforce Data Specialist teams with any complex data queries or transactions.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Fluent English
Analytical thinking
Experience with Workday, ServiceNow
Independent and collaborative worker
Keen attention to detail and focus on data accuracy while managing multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
Experience supporting HR Systems implementation and development
Ability to manage competing tasks efficiently and prioritize workload within a matrixed team environment
Experience of delivering against Service Level agreements, including working with third party providers to meet work deadlines
Enjoys working as part of a lively and hard-working team, performing together under pressure to meet monthly payroll deadlines
Highly developed communications, organization and interpersonal skills
Desirable Skills/Experience:
Experience in leading teams supporting HR processes and data transactions in Workday
Professional HR qualification
Experience with PowerBI, and emerging HR digital/automation tools
Knowledge of regional labor legislation
