In this pivotal role, you will partner closely with hiring managers to attract exceptional talent, streamline processes to promote best practices, and ensure a seamless, positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
As a Talent Partner specialising in Technology roles, you will leverage your deep understanding of the tech industry to attract and engage top tier talent. You'll have a keen eye for identifying emerging trends and technologies, enabling you to source candidates who possess the right blend of technical expertise for our teams, e.g. Mobile technologies (iOS & Android) .NET tech stack and the Azure platform. In addition to Technology roles, you will also have the opportunity to recruit for other functions within the business such as Data Insights, Compliance, Finance and Marketing, adapting your sourcing strategies and interview techniques.
