General Job Summary
This Business Intelligence Analyst position will be responsible for the development and maintenance of data-driven reporting and analytics solutions that will be used by the organization to help make informed business decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Oversee end-to-end development of reporting, primarily using Microsoft software such as Power BI and SSRS, including the creation and maintenance of data models to achieve business objectives.
• Work with internal customers across multiple business units to understand their needs and build solutions accordingly.
• Maintain the seamless operation of existing reports and dashboards, identifying and resolving issues related to performance, data quality, and reliability.
• Assist with converting legacy reports to newer Power BI or SSRS solutions.
• Assist with maintenance and enhancement of existing SQL Server data warehouse.
• Document current operational processes and workflows as needed.
• Handle ad hoc data-related requests as needed.

Minimum Skills, Requirements and Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.
• At least six months of experience with development of reports and dashboards, including usage of Power BI, Microsoft SSRS, and SQL Server database queries.
• Willingness to learn new systems and technologies; eagerness to develop analytical and report writing skills with a passion for data.
• Strong communication skills, with ability to discuss requirements and data insights with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Understanding of relational database principles.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
• Strong ability to multitask and prioritize projects.
• Application development experience is a plus.
• Prior experience with SSAS, Power Apps, Access, and/or Microstrategy is a plus.
• Prior experience within a retail store support setting is a plus.
Compensation Details
$60000/year
