What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assisting Clinical Project Managers with project administration, including developing documents, reviewing presentations, and participating in meetings and calls.

  • Acting as a liaison between cross-functional teams to ensure timely completion of study deliverables.

  • Supporting project start-up, execution, and close-out activities, including finance-related tasks like invoice reconciliation and forecasting support.

  • Monitoring project progress, responding to inquiries, communicating with clients, and serving as acting Project Manager when needed.

  • Ensuring adherence to project timelines by tracking outstanding items, resolving client issues, and supporting logistics and materials distribution.

  • Verifying protocol imaging requirements are met and queries are appropriately addressed.

  • Maintaining quality standards by adhering to SOPs, executing protocol functions according to GCP, ICH, and FDA guidelines, and contributing to process improvement initiatives.

  • Contributing to team efforts, attending trainings, and performing other duties as assigned.

What We Look For

  • Education: Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience: 1+ years in pharmaceutical drug development, clinical trials, clinical research, or clinical imaging studies preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools; healthcare, medical, clinical research, or imaging experience is a plus.

  • Experience with imaging protocols, data verification, and query resolution is highly desirable.

  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (verbal and written).

  • Detail-oriented, responsive, and able to work independently or collaboratively in a team setting.

  • Adaptable to changing priorities, pragmatic, proactive, and goal-oriented.

  • Professional and positive attitude in all interactions.
