What you’ll be doing

As the welcoming face of our store, you will:

  • Deliver standout customer service

  • Keep the store clean, organised and inviting

  • Create a friendly, safe environment for customers and teammates

  • Work across afternoons or overnight shifts — whatever suits your availability

What we’re looking for

You’ll thrive with us if you have:

  • A positive, reliable and friendly attitude

  • A genuine passion for customer service

  • Confidence working both independently and within a team

  • Strong multi-tasking skills — this role requires juggling customer service, cleaning, merchandising and supporting store operations simultaneously

  • Experience in retail, hospitality or customer-facing roles (helpful, but not essential — we’ll train you!)
