• Enhance NAND reliability through the Material Assessment Flow (MAF) to qualify top-tier end products, including Mobile, Consumer SSD, and Enterprise SSD.

• Perform high volume statistical data analysis for NAND intrinsic reliability risk assessment

• Drive Solution Space through electrical failure analysis through trims characterization with root cause understanding.
• Collaborate with Fab, NAND Technology Development, NAND Design, NAND Product Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams to develop and deliver end products.
