Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Understand product test requirements and procedures for Battery packs.

-Assist failure analysis engineers in assembling, disassembling, and inspecting battery packs during Failure analysis;

-Utilize inspection and measurement equipment to qualify product quality by following established operating instructions.

-Battery pack inspections at customer site or Gotion repair center to prevent faults from entering customer's production line

-Maintain accurate and complete inspection records, ensuring data integrity.

-Generate test reports, verifying that report data accurately reflects testing results.

-Perform routine equipment checks, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.

Required Qualifications: 

Preferred: Associate degree in a technical field (electrical, mechanical, electronics, etc.) or equivalent vocational training.

Acceptable: High school diploma with demonstrable technical aptitude and relevant coursework.

Ideal: Some experience in a technical or manufacturing setting, especially with electrical or mechanical systems.

Advantageous: Basic electrical safety certifications or other relevant industry-recognized credentials.

Essential: Ability to use hand tools, read technical drawings, and understand basic electrical/mechanical concepts.

Highly Desirable: Familiarity with testing equipment, common measurement tools (multimeters, calipers, etc.), and troubleshooting procedures.

Must-have: Proficiency with standard computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets)

Beneficial: Previous experience with data collection and organization.

Physical Requirements:

-The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods.

-Duties include turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting, and lifting to 50 pounds.

-Ability to pass static strength requirements (grip).

-Visual acuity
